Integration service performance degraded

Between (19:02 — May 12) and (19:38 — May 12) UTC some customers experienced intermittent failures with outbound integrations, including Salesforce and DocuSign. Core CLM functionality remained available. The issue was traced to transient connectivity degradation affecting the authentication layer used by integration workflows. Service was fully restored after our engineering team restarted the affected application nodes
